Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an organization on Plankar, accepting an invitation to join one as an employee, or otherwise using the app or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. What Plankar is

Plankar is a workspace, published by Peshawa Group, that lets a company manage its people, tasks, leave requests, announcements, payroll, invoices, and income and expenses in one place, with a mobile app for employees.

3. Organization accounts

The person who registers a company on Plankar becomes its owner and is responsible for that organization's workspace, for the accuracy of the information submitted, and for who is invited as an employee. New organizations are reviewed before their workspace is activated, and we may reject or suspend an organization that provides false information or violates these terms.

4. Employee accounts

Employees are added to an organization by that organization's owner or an administrator. Your employer, not Peshawa Group, decides who has access to your organization's workspace and what you can see there. You are responsible for keeping your own login credentials confidential.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Plankar to store or share unlawful content, to attempt to access another organization's data, to interfere with the app's normal operation, or to reverse-engineer or resell the service without our agreement.

6. Your content and data

The tasks, leave requests, announcements, and other records an organization enters remain that organization's content. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

An organization's owner can delete their account at any time from Settings → Delete Account, as described on our Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access to an organization that breaches these terms, or where required by law.

8. No warranty

Plankar is provided "as is". While we work to keep the service reliable and accurate, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you remain responsible for verifying figures such as payroll and invoices before relying on them for official or financial purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Peshawa Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Plankar.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we will update the effective date above and let organization owners know inside the app.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
