Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Plankar account and its data from inside the app, at any time.

Delete it from the app

  1. Open the Plankar app and log in.
  2. Tap the Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen.
  4. Tap Delete Account, then confirm.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone number, photo), your login credentials, your personal tasks and to-dos, your notification token and on-device preferences, and your likes and comments on announcements.

What we may keep

Organization records you created or took part in while a member — such as tasks, leave requests, and support tickets — stay with your organization's HR records after deletion, the same way they would if you left a company and its paperwork stayed in the filing cabinet. We also keep anything a legal or accounting obligation requires us to retain. See our Privacy Policy.

Trouble deleting your account?

If you no longer have the app installed, or the Delete Account option isn't working for you, open Plankar → Settings → Help Center and submit a ticket, or email us at [email protected].
